Work-Related Issues

Work takes up a huge part of our lives, so when it’s not going well, it can affect everything. Your confidence, your relationships, your sleep, your sense of who you are. Whether you’re dealing with a toxic work environment, struggling with pressure, or questioning what you’re doing with your career, those feelings are valid.

When work starts to take its toll

Work-related difficulties might look like dreading Monday mornings, feeling undervalued, dealing with bullying or conflict, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the demands placed on you. Perhaps you’re struggling with imposter syndrome, dealing with a difficult boss, or navigating a redundancy.

Sometimes work problems are about the job itself. But often they’re also connected to deeper patterns, around how we handle pressure, how we set boundaries, or how much of our identity is tied up in what we do for a living.

How therapy can help

Therapy gives you a space to step back and look at what’s really going on, without the pressure to just get on with it. You can talk honestly about how work is affecting you, and we can explore what’s underneath the stress.

Whether you need to set better boundaries, navigate a difficult situation, or figure out what you actually want, I’ll be there to listen and support you, without pushing you towards any particular outcome.
