Loss & Grief
Grief is one of the most painful things we go through. Whether you’ve lost someone close to you, or you’re grieving something less visible like a relationship, a phase of life, or a version of yourself, the pain is real, and it deserves space.

There’s no right way to grieve
People often talk about grief as if it follows a neat set of stages, but that’s not how it works for most of us. Grief can be messy, unpredictable, and exhausting. One day you might feel okay; the next, it hits you all over again.
You might feel angry, guilty, numb, or deeply sad. Sometimes all in the same hour. You might feel pressure from others to move on, or you might be struggling with grief that people around you don’t fully understand.
How therapy can help
In our sessions, there’s no timeline and no pressure to get over anything. You can talk about the person you’ve lost, the feelings that come up, the memories, whatever you need. I’ll be there to sit with you in it.
Sometimes grief brings up things we didn’t expect. Old wounds, complicated feelings, questions about ourselves. That’s all welcome here. We’ll go at your pace, and I’ll follow your lead.
