Whether you’re going through a breakup, starting a new job, becoming a parent, retiring, or simply feeling like you’ve lost your sense of direction, transitions can stir up feelings you didn’t expect. When change feels overwhelming
Life transitions can leave you feeling unmoored. You might not recognise yourself, or the life you’re living might feel very different from what you planned. Change often brings grief for the life you’re leaving behind, even when the change is something you chose.
You might feel anxious about the future, nostalgic for the past, or simply stuck in a space between where you were and where you’re going. These feelings are all completely normal.
How therapy can help
Therapy can provide a steady, consistent space during a time when everything else feels uncertain. In our sessions, you can process what’s changing, explore how you feel about it, and figure out what matters to you going forward.
I’ll be there to listen, without rushing you towards a decision or telling you what you should do. Sometimes, just having a space to think out loud can help things feel clearer.
