Relationships
Our relationships shape so much of how we feel about ourselves and the world around us. When things aren’t right, whether that’s with a partner, a family member, a friend, or a colleague, it can affect everything. You don’t need to be in crisis to want to talk about it.

When relationships feel difficult
Relationship struggles can take many forms. Maybe you’re caught in the same arguments again and again. Perhaps you feel unseen or unheard by someone important to you. You might be dealing with a breakup, navigating a complicated family dynamic, or wondering why you keep ending up in the same kind of relationship.
Sometimes the most painful relationship issues are the ones we don’t talk about. The quiet disconnection, the things left unsaid, the feeling that you’re not quite enough.
How therapy can help
Therapy gives you a space to look at your relationships honestly. What’s working, what isn’t, and what patterns might be playing out beneath the surface. We can explore how your past experiences have shaped the way you relate to others now.
I won’t take sides or tell you what to do. My role is to help you understand yourself more deeply, so you can make choices that feel right for you, whether that’s setting boundaries, improving communication, or finding the courage to make a change.
