I’m Harriet a fully qualified, BACP-registered, person-centred counsellor offering online and telephone therapy sessions. I provide a safe, non-judgemental space for you to discuss your struggles, all from the comfort of your own home or confidential space.

Whether you are facing personal challenges, emotional difficulties, or simply need someone to listen, I am here to support you on your journey towards well-being. We will work together to over come challenges you may be facing in a safe, professional and non judgemental space.

50-minute phone or Zoom call

I offer 50-minute Zoom or phone sessions which you can do at a time and at a pace that suits you.

We can work together on Long term sessions, Short-term sessions, Online therapy, and Telephone therapy, the sessions are entirely catered to you and your needs.
